EDHER GIN products are made-to-order so the manufacturing time may vary between 2 to 7 working days depending on the piece purchased*, once the piece is made, the shipping and delivery period begins.  (Deliveries in México)

*Those pieces whose production contains crystal embroidery or other complex manufacturing technique may increase the number of days of production, you will be notified by email.

We will notify you via email the shipping number with which you can track your package. Remember that the shipping and delivery time may vary depending on your location, these can be from 2 to 6 business days.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

You must properly place your information, shipping address and complete data for the delivery to be satisfactory because EDHER GIN is not responsible in case of providing wrong data.

In case of exchanges you have 7 working days from the date of delivery of the package to notify us by mail. The pieces must be returned in their original packaging and must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or stains.

This can be an exchange for the same garment in a different size or another (s) garment (s) that is (are) available in the online store with the same monetary value of the change, in case of being a larger amount the difference is borne by the buyer. 

For any reason EDHER GIN does not refund money, you would be granted store-credit that can be used within a period not exceeding 4 months.

If the piece presents errors on the part of EDHER GIN as a different piece than the one purchased, wrong size or other, you have 48 hours after receiving your order to notify us by mail specifying the reason and sending evidence.
