SHIPPING POLICIES
EDHER GIN products are made-to-order, so the manufacturing period can vary between 2 to 7 business days depending on the piece purchased*. Once made, the shipping and delivery period begins.
*Those pieces whose production contains crystal embroidery or another complex manufacturing technique may increase the number of production days, this will be notified to you by email.
We will send you the shipping number via email, which you can use to track your package. Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location, and can take from 2 to 6 business days.
Shipping costs for products are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
You must correctly enter your information, shipping address and complete data so that the delivery can be satisfactory since EDHER GIN is not responsible if you provide incorrect data.

RETURN POLICIES
In case of exchanges, you have 7 business days from the date the package was delivered to you to notify us by email. The items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or stains.
This may be an exchange for the same item in a different size or another item(s) that is available in the online store with the same monetary value of the exchange. If it is a larger amount, the difference is the buyer's responsibility.
Under no circumstances does EDHER GIN issue refunds. You will be given store credit that can be used within a period of no more than 4 months.
If the item has errors on the part of EDHER GIN, such as a different item than the one purchased, the wrong size, or something else, you have 48 hours after receiving your order to notify us by email, specifying the reason and sending evidence.
